When Tim Buckley, my grandfather, took over in 1926, he envisaged a Hotel that delivered world class hospitality and accommodation, with a distinctively Kerry character. He achieved that goal and went on to play a very important role in the development of tourism in Killarney.

We, the Buckley family, are very proud of The Arbutus Hotel and its heritage. We may have modernised some of the facilities but the welcome is as warm as its ever been. e look forward to seeing you.
