Now in our fifth year and recently completely refurbished from the inside out, Gibson's Restaurant has proven to be one of the most popular eating places in Corralejo.

Stephen (a semi-professional windsurfer) and Caroline (a keen horse-rider) provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a huge menu ranging from good old fish & chips to Indian and Mexican dishes.

We also have an extensive childrens menu

We also have the largest and most varied Vegetarian menu in Corralejo (mainly due to Caroline being Vegetarian !), thus ensuring we truly cater for everyone.
