When Enrique was a little boy he had a very ugly nose. And if you ever saw him, you would wonder how it blows. All the other kids would laugh and call him names. Then, late one moonless night his mother came to say; "Enrique with that nose so big, would you smell this food for me and pick the one you like?" Well, as the story goes, all the kids shouted and jumped for glee. When he picked one, they all liked it. Enrique went down in history and so began his Restaurant career.
