There are 35 miles of rivers, streams and creeks making it ideal for canoeing, boating and fishing, and there's a concrete boat launch site at Cash Creek, the many trials are perfect for hiking and birding and bikes and horses are allowed on roads. Tate's Hell State Forest also offers primitive campsites most on river banks for water activities, and the entire forest is open to regulated hunting, there are also picnic tables and grills, restrooms and showers and leashed pets are allowed.
