Willits KOA in Northern California United States is situated outside Willits known as the Gateway to the Redwoods.

Apart from the redwoods which have huge appeal, Willits also offers railway themes and activities like a tour on the Skunk Train followed by a historical trip through the Mendocino County Museum with it's resorted trains on railroad tracks and topped of with the Roots of Motive Power museum tour of restored diesel and steam engines circa 1850.

There are hikes aplenty in the area and fun abounds at Lake Mendocino with watersports and fishing and boating. There's a 9 hole Brooktrails Golf Course with stunning views and challenging holes.
