Treleaven Farm Cottages are a mere five to ten minutes stroll from the village centre and harbour in Mevagissey and our wonderful unique position is an attraction within itself in England in the United Kingdom. Just 5 miles south of St. Austell lies the historic fishing village of Mevagissey.

Treleaven Farm Cottages are surrounded by abundant wildlife and open Farmland and yet a mostly sheltered position with outstanding views to the sea. At the bottom of our drive is the local recreation ground for children, plus tennis courts and bowling green.

It is an area of great beauty in England, a mixture of Farmland and wooded slopes, and as the coastline appears at Pentewan the countryside continues to the water's edge. Mevagissey derives its name from two saints, St. Meva and St. Issey.

Now a popular attraction for visitors from all over the world, the narrow streets and alleyways have Cottages perched at crazy angles, an ancient harbour always full of interest, tiny shops, restaurants and old Inns with a typical Cornish seafaring atmosphere. Seafood specialties are a definite favorite of many visitors.

The grounds to the harbour side of Treleaven were once transformed into tropical gardens, underlining the fact of our temperate climate and protection from the elements. We were formerly a dairy Farm, but now have cattle in surrounding fields and arable Farming.

The Cottages are outstanding in design and comfort and we are sure you will enjoy all aspects of Treleaven.

? Please note: Our bookings week runs from Friday to Friday.
? Please note: In the Mowhay, the double ensuite room has twin beds.
? We also run out of season short breaks and these can run from any day from January to Easter and from October 27th to December 20th.

Cherry Hills is an exquisite 2 bedroom cosy retreat. Converted from its original use as the calves house we have retained all its natural delights with exposed beams, stone walls and installed stylish furnishings.

Mowhay was once the dairy and milking parlour. We have carefully converted this barn into a wonderful 3 bedroom cottage sleeping up to six persons plus a cot.

Golden Meadows is a delightful conversion from its original use as stables. This 2 bedroom cottage has been converted to utilize all it?s unique charm. Using feature stonewalls and high exposed beams. With its high minstrel gallery bedroom above the lounge this is really an unusual and luxurious cosy retreat.
