Port Hotel and Marina, located on 7-acres, has provided a scenic hideaway for the last 50 years. Tourists come to the waterside resort to dive in the fresh springs and experience some of the most exciting manatee diving in the world.

The Port Hotel and Marina known historically as the "Port Paradise Hotel" is only half a mile from the town of Crystal River. Located directly on the beautiful shores of Kings Bay, The Port Hotel & Marina was built in the 1940's by Sam Pickard, co-founder of CBS, Columbia Broadcasting System.

In the 1960's, The Port Hotel and Marina definitely marked a time in history, when the King Legend himself, Elvis Presley, stayed at the Port during his making of Follow that Dream.

Through a series of renovations as well as several changes in management, The Port Hotel and Marina remains known for its amazing view of the Kings Bay and the history that it still carries.

The Port Hotel and Marina amenities include a large swimming pool, complete dive center with equipment rental and certified dive instruction, boat ramp, boat rentals, kayak rentals, snorkel rental, and manatee tours. For waterfront dining there is the Crystal River Ale House located on premises as well as our famous tiki bar. Our meeting room facility is perfect for a business meeting, reunion, or other special event with food provided by the Ale House it can accommodate up to 30 people.

Hotel rooms are available with waterfront patio views and come with either double bed, king size bed, or king size bed with pull out sofa. Some rooms come standard with mini-fridge, microwave, free cable TV, and telephone with free local calls. Room service from the Ale House is available and complimentary donuts and coffee every morning.
