A warm welcome awaits visitors to The Globe, a charming 300 year old Welsh stone cottage which was a licensed inn until 1932. It has been tastefully restored by the owner to provide double or twin accommodation with use of a roomy and well appointed guest bathroom. Both bed rooms have tea/coffee making facilities and TV. A Substantial Continental breakfast is served in the dining room at any time to suit guests requirements. Guests staying more than one night are free to come and go as they please and treat the house as home. Parking is available. The Globe is centrally located in the mediaeval town of Newport within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants and shops and is 300 yards from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Local pubs and restaurants provide extensive menus, including locally caught sea bass, sea trout, lobster and crab. Glorious scenic walks can be made from the house which take in coast, estuary and mountain, all in the Pembrokeshire National Park.
