Baek Song from GizmoSushi, Winter Park, Florida, USA. has been making Sushi since he was 17 years old and has cut his teeth at some of Orlando's most prestigious Japanese restaurants. Baek's mentor, or Sensai, is well known Sushi chef Koji Mori who was one of the original Sushi chef's at Rangetsu Orlando; the sister restaurant to the renowned Rengetsu in the Ginza district of Tokyo.
