Once a Traditional Cornish home owned and maintained by a retired Victorian gentleman has now been refurbished to the now known Con Amore Guest House.   Your hosts Keith and Carol Richards have designed and managed Con Amore Guest House for over 12 years and during this time built strong relationships with guests that now return yearly to Penzance in the United Kingdom.

You will always be assured of a warm welcome and a pleasant stay at the Con Amore Guest House. Keith and Carol are proud of the informal and happy atmosphere where guests are encouraged to come and go as they please.

Con Amore Guest House provides rooms with en-suite facilities and each room has a colour television.

We have been awarded 3 Diamonds by the British tourism Council for over 10 years.  We are maintaining a high quality service of rooms and hosts to ensure you have a pleasant stay at the Con Amore Guest House, with a Non-Smoking policy throughout the Guest House.

Keith and Carol have ran the Con Amore Guest House for 12 years, over this time they have built the standards of Con Amore to the high standards of today.  They have became good friends with many of the visitors which now return yearly from all over the World.

Keith and Carol have both been born and brought up in Penzance, from this they have great knowledge of the area of Cornwall and Mounts bay in particular, now knowing many great places to visit and activities to do.
