Situated just off the seafront and only a ten minute walk from the town centre and pier, Cambridge House is the perfect place from which to explore the sunshine coast of Eastbourne UK,  South Downs and nearby attractions.

At Cambridge House you will experience a high standard of comfort in our tastefully decorated, light and airy rooms, all of which are centrally heated and have a hospitality tray, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, and colour TV.

Double, twin, single and family rooms are available for our guests, all with en-suite shower rooms.

Breakfast is served in Cambridge House's dining room and cooked with fresh locally sourced ingredients.   Evening meals are available by arrangement.  Iron and ironing board are available for your use.   Cambridge House offers a laundry service to long stay guests.

Packed lunches are available on request.

Secure courtyard at Cambridge House is available parking for bicycles.  Cambridge House is a non-smoking residence.   Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
