By the Way is Norwayâ??s leading chain of roadside family Restaurants. We have 12 Restaurants, all located next to Euroroute motorways or A roads, which means that we are always easily accessible, from the Swedish border (Svinesund) in south-east Norway and the gateway to Telemark at Porsgrunn in the south west to Lillehammer in the north. Three of our facilities also offer overnight accommodation.
We place great emphasis on both personal service and the quality of the food we serve. For this reason, we have training programmes for all staff, both managers and till operators, in order to focus on the fact that you, as our guest, must be the centre of attention.
