Welcome to South Padre Island! Windsurfing is becoming a popular sport on South Padre Island, but if that doesn't suit you, wave-runners, hobie cats and jet skis are available for rental. Or, for a bird's-eye view of the Island, try parasailing. Spend the day at one of the newest attractions on South Padre, the Schlitterbahn Beach Water Park. A variety of parks, museums and other attractions are found on South Padre Island and its surrounding communities. If shopping is your pleasure, T-shirt shops, gift shops, clothing stores, and boutiques are just some of the shopping adventures that await you here. Come and enjoy yourself on South Padre Island! There are miles and miles of pearl white sand and dunes. A short trolley ride will take you to Isla Blanca Park, Schlitterbahn Water Park, a variety of fishing piers, charter boat docks, museums and shops in historic Port Isabel.
