Island Falls has grown over the past one hundred and twenty years but still remains a smaller community. The Town's people pride themselves on a vast array of historical sites, a golf course that attracts golfers from all areas. The town has a campground/lodge with bowling alley where swimming/boating, and fishing can be enjoyed. A Timeshare condominium just up the road from the campground has a pool area and many extras for entertainment.

The town attracts people to the vintage museum, Historical Society tours, a newly opened bed & breakfast right in town and craft stores to visit. The town has two restaurants at the moment with a third opening shortly.

Among other attractions to Island Falls is our snowmobile trail connecting to ITS right in town. You can also fish either of the two lakes or many of the smaller ponds and brooks. Hunting is also a popular attraction with our heavily wooded areas and our guides are always happy to assist.
