Ustka is a town in the Middle Pomerania region of northwestern Poland with 17,100 inhabitants (2001). It is also part of Slupsk County in Pomeranian Voivodeship since 1999, and was previously in Slupsk Voivodeship (1975-1998).

It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north-west of Koszalin and 135 km (84 mi) north-east of the regional capital Szczecin. The village has a population of 2,200.
