Anika Bali Cooking Class in Kuta, Bali introduces students to the use of traditional fresh herbs and spices which are dominant in Bali cooking and which makes Balinese food so tasty and different as well as being nutritious.Before each cooking class commences, the tutor familiarises the students with the traditional ingredients they will be using, whereafter the cooking fun begins, with the use of traditional utensils and techniques. Bali cooking is considered to be a simple yet creative process, and students will have lots of fun during each session. Before classes commence students are taken to the Kuta traditional Market where they will learn about traditional herbs and spices. After the visit to the market, students get to enjoy traditional breakfast dishes and snacks before starting their cooking classes. Our professional tutors will teach students how to prepare complete menus, using Balinese recipes and ingredients, which dishes will then be eaten at lunchtime, together with a traditional drink of Hibiscus tea or Balinese rice wine.
