Welcome to Walker House in Kincardine, Ontario the oldest building and oldest standing hotel in all of Grey and Bruce Counties. Dating all the way back to 1850 when it served as an Inn and tavern, the Walker House is now fully restored as a Heritage Centre, and visitors are welcome to tour the house and enjoy the permanent and changing exhibits, partake in heritage craft classes, purchase unique gift items and more. Walker House is also available as an event venue in the day or evening to host special occasions, celebrations, family gatherings, meetings and more. Come for a Historic visit surrounded by local history, enjoy the occasional heritage speaker presentations, take a walk back in time and revel in the past and how they lived, it's all here at Walker House.
