Valley Art Association in Forest Grove, Oregon in the United States is a nonprofit organization staffed by volunteers who are dedicated to bringing high quality affordable, original art, and art classes to our community.
At Valley Art Association we are also committed to other community involvements through the Forest Grove Chamber of Commerce, The Forest Grove Downtown Association, Forest Grove Public Arts Commission and various statewide art organizations.
Valley Arts Association is a community-wide resource that holds classes and offers free artist receptions to encourage artistic expression locally and throughout the Pacific Northwest. We do creative things and invite you to join us now.

Valley Art Association began in 1966 as an organization to support the Arts in Western Washington County.
The association met in a variety of places throughout downtown Forest Grove, Oregon, until finally settling in our current location on Main Street.
In 1987, a down payment to purchase the building was made, and in 1992, the final payment was made to give Valley Art Association a permanent home.
We own our own building and keep it maintained using proceeds from our gallery sales, donations, and annual contributions.
Our newsletter keeps our contributors informed of activities, classes, and special events. Our dedicated volunteers give of their time and talent to provide artists with the opportunity to display and sell their art. It also gives the community a chance to purchase affordable original works.
All work in the sales gallery is juried and we maintain a variety of items to please all tastes. Valley Art Association is a user friendly gallery. We hope you will visit us and find just what you are looking for.
