Tarka Sailing - TARKA is a steel Sailing ship, designed to sail on all the seas of the sphere. (SIGMA 40, drawn by Mr. Joubert) Compared to the standard Sailing ships of series (out of polyester) which is generally proposed with the hiring or in the charter, it is certainly a little heavier but its large asset is its robustness as well on the level of its structure as on the level of its upperworks (mast, gréement...). All is oversize, you can sleep quietly when it traces its wake in the medium of the ocean.
Entirely reconditioned during these 2 last years, nothing was left randomly: mechanics, comfort on board, safety equipment, etc...
