Welcome to Star Haze Cottage, Mousehole, United Kingdom. Star Haze is part of a granite cottage which nestles in amongst the tiny winding streets of Mousehole (pronounced "Mouzle") in Cornwall. Star Haze Cottage has two floors. Originally there were two bedrooms, but now it is a one double bedroom cottage. This Self Catering cottage is a generous size for a Cornish cottage. Due to the higgledy piggledy nature of the cottages near the harbour, Star Haze Cottage has part of another property above it. It sleeps two using the double bedroom, but can sleep a family of up to five as the lounge has a double sofa bed and bed-chair, and there is a separate dining room. We have tried to equip the cottage with everything you should want for your Self Catering holiday in Cornwall.
We have retained lovely traditional features in the cottage such as the original fireplace with potbellied stove, exposed beams and granite walls. There are very efficient electric storage heaters in the lounge, dining room and bedroom, plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom. We provide you with towels, tea towels and duvet sets for five, and your electricity is included in the price.
ou enter the cottage from the tiny porch area through a stable door into the pretty beamed dining room. This room has an extendable dining table and four chairs. A delightful window seat is set in the white painted granite walls.
From the dining room there is a door leading into the double bedroom, which has a 4ft double bed and mattress. Duvets and pillows will be made up ready for your arrival.
