The Riverfront Playhouse in Aurora, Illinois, was established in 1978 as a Theatre that provides an excellent, creative outlet where actors with different levels of experience can learn and practice their acting skills. As a venue where talent and Entertainment abounds, our Theatre has presented hundreds of stage shows and numerous children's Theatre presentations that have delighted and entertained patrons. The Riverfront Playhouse is a non-profit charitable organization and as such actors taking part in productions are not compensated, and performers do not pay a fee to become a member of our Theatre.
