You are within a few hundred meters walking distance from the beach. The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding. From the residence you can enjoy many varied cycle routes or you can take a short walk into the town centre where you can discover the lively boulevard with many terraces, restaurants, and a modern shopping centre.

One of the characteristics of Residence Aan de Kust is its wide open spaces. From your patio/balcony, you will have an unrestricted view on our gardens. Furthermore you will find an animal enclosure, playground and picknick area with sufficient play area for the children. For the sportsminded we have our very own all-weather tennis court, plus the nearby bowling, midget golf and trampolines. Also close to the Residence is an indoor swimming pool, with a sauna and Turkish bath. On the ground floor you will find the reception area and our stylish "Garden Suite" De Instuif , where you can make use of our breakfast buffet. You can park your car and bicycle for free at Residence Aan de Kust. The parking facilities are situated under the complex, where there is also an elevator for all levels. Luxury Apartments
During a stay in one of our brand new four-star Apartments you will enjoy the spacious size (75m2), stylish interior and fully equipped room. The moment you step inside you will soon appreciate the ambience of the living area, designed and fully furnished with tastefully warm colours, complete with LCD TV and DVD player. Via French doors you will have access to your own balcony/patio.

Fully equipped
The open kitchen is luxuriously fitted with a ceramic cooking plate, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffeemaker etc. Next to the master bedroom with twin beds is a second smaller bedroom with two single beds. For larger families we also have several Apartments, with a sleeping couch in the living area. Needless to say the beds are made up before your arrival! The large bathroom has its own separate shower plus bath, which includes two washbasins for your convenience. There is also a separate toilet and a closet for storage.

Complete Comfort
To add to the complete comfort of your stay, there is free parking for your car or bicycle in our very own private car park, situated under the Residence which has access to its own elevator, which will transfer you comfortably to your room level. One of our Apartments has been altered to cater for disabled guests. Every apartment has its own internet connection and also an intercom connection with the reception desk.
