The Port of Pascagoula is a deep water Port with modern facilities and full service for handling cargo located in Pascagoula, Mississippi. The Port has two harbors, the Pascagoula River Harbor in the West, and the Bayou Casotte Harbor in the East moving in excess of 33 million tons of cargo through their channels annually. There are a combination of private and public terminals and the Port is operated by the Jackson County Port Authority. The Port of Pascagoula is the largest seaPort in Mississippi and features 42 ft and 38 ft deep channels, short distances to shipping lanes, weather protected rail operations, and extremely competitive rates and a flexible labor force.
