PLUMERIA APARTMENT-HOTEL rents rooms in SHARED Apartments, comprised of three 1950's (two-story) former apartment buildings with open balconies and large fig and PLUMERIA trees (frangipani) after which our place is named. Welcome to Hawaii! Come enjoy our warm sunshine and cool trade winds mingled with the fragrance of flowering trees. Our Plumeria trees blossom (below) for nearly 9 months months of the year, spring, summer and fall. It's about a 15-20-minute walk from "PLUMERIA" down Piikoi Street to the ocean at Ala Moana beach.
