How we work at Picture Panache, Sidney. 1. It all starts with an email or call.
We'll chat a bit about how you think we may be able to help you. Expect questions about the art you're planning on framing, sizes, number of pieces, where you're planning on placing them, and what colours and styles you tend to gravitate to. No right or wrong answers. It's not a test! We just want to be able to "do our homework". That way, when we meet in person, we'll have gathered a selection of samples and starting ideas most likely to inspire you!
2. Set a date to meet with you in your home or office.
Visiting in your interior space allows us to give you the best possible service. Truth be known, many framing projects are done more than once and others are simply a disappointment because the framing Design didn't take into consideration specific colours and furnishing styles already in the room, space available for hanging and overall tone or attitude desired. Worse yet, artwork can be destroyed with inadequate consideration for light, humidity, heat, safety or improper use of materials. At the appointment we'll discuss your specific needs, view samples and together determine Design direction and budget. At that point we'll wrap your artwork for safe transport and a partial prepayment will get your project underway.
