Karl Friedrich is a pepper Restaurant of a unique conception; it lies in very heart of the Old City of ancient Tallinn, offering joy of discovery and exceptional experiences to Tallinners as well as to city guests. Karl Friedrich unites in itself medieval respectability and modern luxury, being historic and novel at the same time. Life has boiled in this place for over 700 years, and the façade of the building, which has preserved until the present days, has been designed by architect Gabler and is dated by 1849. Today it is the location of the first and only pepper Restaurant in Estonia, which is unique by itself â?? all local dishes contain different peppers and pepper mixtures. Pepper has countless taste nuances, which are brought to the visitors by Priit Toomits, the chef of the Restaurant, in starters and main courses as well as desserts.
