Park House Guest House is a fine Victorian residence which has been carefully upgraded and modernised.  It is warm, comfortable and has elegant interiors decorated to a high standard.

Park House Guest House is in an ideal position in the town centre of Ambleside, with uninterrupted views across parkland to the fells beyond.  It is only 2 minutes walk from buses, shops, pubs and cafés. There is private parking or parking by permit supplied.

Ambleside is a centre for walkers, with a range of walks from easy to strenuous starting from the door.

We serve a first class breakfast with choice  of full English or vegetarian alternatives, using high quality foods.

Park House Guest House is open all year and children over 15 years are welcome.   Sorry we do not allow smoking or pets.    Single rooms are available.

Park House Guest House has four en-suite double rooms each with tasteful luxury furnishings, also two single rooms.

All rooms are fully equipped for the comfort of our guests, including colour tv, DVD player, tea, coffee and hot chocolate making facilities, hairdryers, and wireless broadband connection for your laptop.
