Welcome to Olympia Early Learning Center, Olympia, United States. As the largest child care / early learning provider of its kind in Thurston County, thousands of children have received nurturing care and early education in our creative and healthy environment.
Olympia Early Learning Center we operate in two locations, offering developmentally appropriate curriculum to children ages four weeks to kindergarten. The Downtown Center, located in the historic old Fire Station at the corner of State and Capitol, shares the building with the Family Support Center. The Westside Center, located on McPhee Road near Capital Medical Center, has a wonderful rural feel to it with huge play areas.
Founded in 1967 in a church basement, Olympia Early Learning Center (formerly Olympia Child Care Center) was designed to assist single mothers struggling to enter the work force or receive training and education. Several decades later, the vision continues, with a growing recognition of helping the children become school-ready.
