Nolton Stables

Nolton Stables in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, United Kingdom | Equestrian / Horses

We are situated deep in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park, which is the only coastal national park in the British Isles.
The stables and Glebe House can be found in the tiny pretty, rural village of Nolton, only half a mile from the larger settlement of Nolton Haven with its welcoming, accessible sandy bay. Glebe House and Nolton Stables are owned and run by the Owen Family.
The location of the riding centre enables our visitors to take full advantage of the spectacular beach riding and when the tides do not allow this, we hack along the visually dramatic coastal fields and into our own private, landscaped valley.
There are four beaches within a two mile hack of the stables. These include the secluded, romantic bay of Druidston Haven, nationally renowned for its geological features, where there can be up to a mile of sand on a low tide.
Our local, sandy bay is the picturesque Nolton Haven set midway between Newgale and Druidston. In the past, this now cheerful and family frequented cove was used by ships to load locally mined coal.
Newgale and Broadhaven beaches are easily accessible on the longer rides, and can be both dramatic and awe-inspiring when the tides are right out - with almost two miles of sand to ride.
