The National Museum of Lithuania in Vilnius, Lithuania, is the oldest Museum in the country, with an interesting history that dates back to 1855. Currently the Museum is home to more than a million exhibits and many exhibits in other Museums are conserved and restored in our restoration center. Other facilities include an archive and photo laboratory as well as a specialized library. The National Museum of Lithuania has specialized departments who manage collections of medieval and modern archaeology, icongraphy, numismatics, ethnic cultures and history, and each department contains interesting exhibits.
