Listoke Distillery and Gin School in Drogheda, Ireland, is a unique Distillery with an interesting location in a 200 year old stable that has been carefully modernized for spirit production, yet retains its old world charm of cobbled floors, wooden doors and beams. Surrounded by the historical walls of this ancient building, our Distillery not only distils, blends, bottles, labels and seals small batches, we also teach the art of making gin. Listoke Distillery and Gin School is set in the spectacular Gardens of Listoke House, and the Edwardian walled Gardens at this estate provides the unique combination of traditional botanicals used in our gin making.
