Welcome to the Lee-on-the-Solent Golf Club, Hampshire, United Kingdom. It is 103 years since the first stalwarts began honing their Golfing skills on this Golf course and although slightly altered over the years it remains a test for the best of Golfers. The par three holes have proved a challenge to many a good card and in the teeth of a strong south westerly you can forget you are actually one mile inland from the sea when driving into the breeze!

The modern Clubhouse at the Lee-on-the-Solent Golf Club provides a friendly and comfortable atmosphere and our franchised caterer offers a varied and choice menu. Our Manager, Rob Henderson will be only too pleased to provide details regarding Society visits, green fees and hiring our facilities for private functions.

This Parkland / Heathland style of Golf course is over 100 years old but has managed to resist the standard of extending its length in answer to modern technology improvements in equipment.

The Golf course measures just 5962 yards from the back tees but with a par of 69 really does set a very good test for all standards of Golfer.

Accuracy is a must and course strategy is of the utmost importance to plot your way around. An unusual point is the course comprises of back-to-back par fives on the front half and back-to-back par threes on the back nine.

The five par threes are one of reasons for the overall lack in Lee's yardage but all are excellent and very different challenges. Varying in length from the 145 yard 9th with its two tier green and protective hazard for those under clubbing, through to the 216 yard 14th which requires a long and accurate shot to avoid the Out of Bounds on the left and the bunker and slope to the right.

The current modern clubhouse at the Lee-on-the-Solent Golf Club was opened in 1997. A great, relaxed atmosphere awaits Members, their guests and all visitors to the Club. Full Bar and catering facilities are available prior to heading off to the first tee and of course on conclusion of the round.
