The Inverness Angling Club in Highland, Scotland is located at the very heart of the Scottish Highlands. The sparkling waters of The River Ness run some six miles from Loch Dochfour ? adjoining Loch Ness, home of the fabled monster ?Nessie? ? through the centre of the City of Inverness to the salt waters of the Beauly Firth.
This beautiful river has built a solid reputation for its fine catches of salmon, sea trout and brown trout which have delivered years of pleasure for the region?s anglers and visitors from many parts of the UK and overseas.

The River Ness salmon fishing season normally begins on January 15 and ends on October 15. As a conservation measure, IAC has delayed the starting date on the club?s water to February 1. The best months are usually June, July, August and September with spring fish most likely in February, March, April and May, depending on the water height.
