Hotel Nichols is located in the heart of South Haven's historic downtown. We are walking distance to all beaches, parks, and marinas. Coffee shops, eateries and antiquie shops begin right across the street. Breakfast is served every morning (in-season) in our lobby and outdoor ditting area. Our cabin-style apartments can sleep up to eight. We even have a bicycle rental.
Hotel Nichols is celebrating over a century of hospitality. Throughout history the Hotel shared its home with many businesses. These included several restaurants (1906-1944), a Western Union (1925) and an ice-cream parlor.
Much of the charm of the past is still evident in our building. The lobby still has the original tin ceiling, tile work, lobby desk and stair railing. There is a story behind every single room in the Hotel. We would be more than happy to share them with you.
