Hotel Erholung - Friedrich Reichard, learned baker master and founder of Hotel Erholung in Kellenhusen, in the year 1903.

The Baker's shop and Hotel were led with Mrs. Marie Marie-Luise and four daughters and re-built in the year 1928 the added guesthouse.

The families Reichardt and Schnoor placed themselves to the requirements of the time to help with the devlopment of the Hotel Erholung in Kellenhusen, the small fishing village of the Baltic Sea and also added a therapeutic bath.

Our excellent kitchen, which delicate menu you will gladly appreciate, creatively balanced with north German and international delicious flavours. You are without a doubt in good hands.
