Hervé Paul Chassin, the proprietor, has over 30 years experience in the food and beverage industry in St. Thomas. He began his career in fine Restaurants in France, London and Washington D.C. Now, he has created his own Restaurant to express his culinary philosophy: delicious, high-quality food, with great service, reasonable prices with a spectacular atmosphere.
