We shop for our meat right down the road at Bisson Farm, and we often make road trips to gather other quality ingredients, like clams and oysters from Glidden Point, potatoes from Goranson Farm and apples from Ricker Hill.
Henry and Marty Restaurant and Catering is also dedicated to social and environmental responsibility. By supporting local farms and businesses, we strive to strengthen Maine?s economy and the livelihood of hard-working Mainers. Through charitable contributions and the hosting of charitable events, we have given away more than $20,000 since 2007. The majority of this money has been given to the Mid Coast Hunger Prevention Program, for which we hold an annual fund-raising dinner.
