Henri's Brasserie

Henri's Brasserie in Hunter Valley, Hunter Region, Australia | A la Carte Restaurants

Welcome to Henri's Brasserie, a fine dining establishment located in Singleton, in the heart of the Hunter Valley, Australia. Henri's Brasserie opened its doors in 2003 and quickly became a popular dining destination in Hunter Valley.
The kitchen is run by co-owner Tony Klasen who frequents the markets in Sydney to source first-rate produce, and to select the fabulous flowers which have become a signature of the restaurant. Local suppliers are also relied upon, the freshest oysters and top-quality olive oil are sourced from the Hunter Valley.
For Tony and wife Sheree, Henri's Brasserie is the culmination of years of planning. Initially the aim was a small cafe but the project snowballed into the 96-seat fine dining restaurant it is today. In its first year Henri's Brasserie was reviewed by the Sydney Morning Herald's Matthew Evans and was included in the 2005 edition of The Good Food Guide, which declared Singleton's residents could "feel only gratitude for the passion and commitment of Tony and Sheree Klasen".
Many of Henri's Brasserie customers are keen foodies who enjoy cooking at home and would like to be able to use some of the products used in or created by Henri's kitchen. To respond to such requests Henri's Pantry has been established on the ground floor of the building. Customers are now able to purchase products created in the kitchen upstairs, as well as gourmet delicatessen items, handmade chocolates and good quality appliances and utensils.
Henri's Brasserie is open for dinner from 6m Monday to Saturday; for cocktails from 5pm Thursday to Saturday; and for functions on request.
