The Adirondack Camp of the 1900's was one of many summer homes of the then "rich and famous."  It was usually located in dense woodlands, near lakes, and offered great scenic views.  The families would pack their belongings into railroad cars and ferries and travel two or three days to reach their woodsy retreats.  Imagine spending the summer in a roomy, rustic log home along with their finest linens, china, and furnishings.
Choose from five individually decorated rooms at Greenwoods Bed & Breakfast Inn, each with private attached full bath, luxurious queen size feather beds, TV/VCR, central heat and A/C, robes and slippers, and some rooms with fireplaces.  A variety of room decor offers you a choice from soft yellow floral to an Adirondack style room complete with a log canopy bed. You will find the furnishings to include embroidered linens, hooked rugs, antique dressers, and a canoe bookcase.

Breakfast at Greenwoods Bed & Breakfast Inn is always a celebration of food.  A hearty, full breakfast is served in our cozy dining room with individual tables for two. Breakfast begins with a choice of fresh juice and a fruit dish, such as our poached pears with raspberry sauce or peach soup with cardamom cream with peaches fresh picked from our own trees. The fruit course is followed by a delicious entree, maybe our ham and cheddar breakfast strudel served with potato pancakes, or banana nut pancakes with sausage hot off the griddle.
