The Grand Foyer, Parnell, Auckland is available for stand-alone occasions or can be hired in combination with a special viewing of any of our permanent galleries.
For cocktails we can allow for up to 400 guests (less if a dance floor is required) and for a seated dinner, a maximum of 150 guests. For large numbers of guests, utilising the Mezzanine Floor above the Grand Foyer is ideal and can seat an additional 120.
For an event in the Grand Foyer all equipment such as chairs and tables, linen, cutlery and crockery and bar equipment is hired through the caterer.
