The Golf Museum

The Golf Museum in Sotogrande, Cadiz, Spain | Museum

The Valderrama president was for many years a noted collector of fine art, including French Impressionists, silver, and first editions. It was therefore natural that he should also build a golf collection. The Collection was assembled over a lengthy period before it eventually went on display in its present setting when the redesigned Clubhouse was opened in 1988.
The golfing artefacts on display in the Museum area are distinguished not so much by quantity but by their exceptional quality. At right can be seen some that are normally housed in the Atrium show cases.
