Friar's Bay Studio Gallery in Welshpool on Campbello Island, New Brunswick, Canada is the summer studio of award winning painter Michael Chesley Johnson, and here you can view local oils and landscapes done by the artist as well as fabulous kaleidoscopic creations by artist Trina, also based on the local landscape. The gallery features fine art of the Canadian Maritimes with beautiful landscape works as well as Downeast Maine in oils and pastels. Friar's Bay Studio Gallery is now only open by appointment, and they offer Plein Air painting workshops in downeast Maine and the Canadian maritimes, so sign up for those as classes art typically limited to four students.
