From November 1, 2007 through mid December we will be crushing olives utilizing the traditional stone crushing method. Come in and enjoy watching the entire olive oil making process while enjoying an authentic contemporary Italian meal. For your tasting pleasure, we will be serving fresh olive oil, straight from the press to your table. You can also pick up a fresh bottle of our Proprietor Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sold only at our restaurant.
