At The Sands you can have one of the penthouses for your meeting. The large lounge area and balcony offers a choice of seating areas with good indoor/outdoor flow and beautiful views out to Great Barrier. Morning and afternoon teas can be served in your conference venue and we can arrange lunch to be delivered from one of our local cafes.
One-day conferences are welcome but why rush off home when you could stay a night or two. Accommodation can be provided according to your needs. All the two-bedroom apartments have individual en-suites and some have single beds making shared-rooms very cost-effective, if that is your preference. A white-board/flip-chart is available.
We can arrange vehicle transfers to meet you at the ferry and bring you to The Sands, or a rental vehicle for the duration if you prefer.
If you have a large group or would prefer separate conference facilities to your accommodation, we can arrange a package with one of the local wineries who specialise in large Executive Conferences for up to 70 people. We will work with the winery on your behalf to put a package for conference and accommodation together which will enable you to concentrate on the content of your conference rather than the planning of it.
