It is located on the ground floor of The Edge Apartments, Edgecumbe Avenue, Newquay. There are no stairs to climb.

There is a private front patio with access through the lounge double doors and a communal landscaped courtyard garden to the rear.

The apartment is located in a quiet Avenue just outside the town centre.

Newquay Bay and Tolcarne beach are only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The town center is also just a few minutes away on foot, with many bars, restaurants, night clubs, shops and much more.
