Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art developed at least 300 years ago but may have its origins nearly 2000 years ago. A Tai chi form is a set of exercises or specific, carefully orchestrated movements. Tai Chi is a non-contact, non-combatie way of improving health and energy and reducing stress. It's practice promotes flexibility, balance and physical control.
Chi Gong Simple highly oxygenating movements to wake up the body's ability to balance itself. Chi Gong loosens and limbers the muscles, helps with stress reduction and concentration. This state of well-being enhances sports performance, endurance, balance, and improves focus and the quality of other workouts.
