Welcome to Dream Kai, a vacation rental house situated on the idyllic Cayman Kai area of the Grand Cayman Island, Cayman Islands.

Deam Kai Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal) & has additional amenities (air conditioning on the first floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double), Queen pull out sofa in living room, TV in Master Bedroom and/or the Guest Bedroom, Internet Access, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling equipment).

Dream Kai has recently been redecorated with all new furniture and tiled floors. Dream Kai has been decorated in an elegant Caribbean style with quiet cool colors and rich wood decor to fit in perfectly with the Cayman Kai surrounds. The rich wood dining room suite that will seat six very comfortably.The dining room is close to the fully equipment kitchen with laundry room. The two ten foot sliding glass doors lead out onto the two story lanai which give you a beautiful view of the backyard and the cove.

Comfortable sitting room off the living room with an extra day bed mattress.The stairs and hallway leading to the two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size suite with a full private bath, walk in closet and balcony over looking the lanai, backyard and the cove. The guest bedroom has a king size bed with full private bath, walk in closet and balcony over looking the lanai, backyard and cove.

The lanai offers a spacious area with plenty of seating for entertaining
or just enjoying the view of the backyard and cove. Easy access from the kitchen to the lanai. Sit in your lanai and enjoy the stunning view of the backyard and the calm water of the cove.

You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would rather lounge by the pool than swim, there is plenty of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chaise lounge chairs, benches and table.

Rum Point Beach on Grand Cayman is reached by stepping out your door and walking toward the Beach, cool trade winds quickly erase all thoughts of your job, commute and bad weather at home. Australian pines with Island parrots and tropical birds sitting on feathery branches shade the shore.

Rum Point Beach features lovely white sand Beaches, pristine snorkeling over marine protected reefs, volleyball and beautiful Casuarinas Australian pines with shaded hammocks, Beach chairs and picnic tables. The Wreck Bar & Grill offers an excellent lunch menu and full bar.
