Open Water Sidemount Training also covers the basic principles of sidemount diving with donning and doffing tanks in water and is an excellent introduction course to technical diving. Cave sidemount training is ideal for the Cave Diving environment when back mounted cylinders are not appropriate, this course covers gear configuration and awareness and safety precautions specific to sidemount diving. Pre-requisites for the Cave Diving course are a fully certified full cave certification and the course is a minimum of two days with three dives.
