Our bigger motivation in the principle was to try to carry through something that the people were unconsciously desiring and if they had not still given account. The will to undertake was directly proportional to the pleasure to make right in this target. We did not only see the Delirium as a business, but yes as a passion. We always believe that the profit is result of a well made work. If it will have love in this proposal, the profit will come with naturalness. Today we have certainty of that we do not only serve food, but also emotion and love for that we make.
