Welcome to Croutons, Bend, United States. Croutons is an upscale, quick-service Restaurant that focuses primarily on made-to-order salads, panini sandwiches and homemade soups. The principle feature of the Restaurant is green leaf salads, tossed to order for the customer in a casual, upscale setting. The emphasis Croutons Restaurant places on the culinary dimension of its operation is what sets it apart from other quick-service food establishments.

Croutons,Restaurant was conceived in the summer of 2001. The concept was designed specifically to fill a gap in the foodservice industry. The vision was for a unique quick-service casual Restaurant that matched or exceeded the menu quality, presentation and creativity of larger, full-service Restaurants. In July of 2002, Croutons opened its doors to an enthusiastic reception in Carlsbad, California.

As the demand for Croutons grew, Croutons opened its second location in the summer of 2005 in La Jolla, California. Shortly thereafter, a third location opened in Bend, Oregon. The success of these locations confirmed the popularity of the Croutons concept. Croutons is currently planning to open several additional locations throughout San Diego. Long term plans include creating a franchise company to expand Croutons nationally.  The success of Croutons, as well as the continued demand across the country for healthy, high quality, innovative food, ensures great future success for the company.
